The agribusiness sector has great potential for developing Marginal, Small, and Medium Enterprises. The vibrant young generation that aspires to venture in Agri-preneurship, faces enormous hurdles due to lack of appropriate technology, infrastructure support, and business planning but most importantly lack of proper guidance and mentorship. In order to accelerate the transfer of farm technologies from the lab to the land, the business ideas of the entrepreneur-driven start-ups need to be identified, guided, and mentored, which can’t be developed into a viable and successful business venture due to lack of business incubation and nurturing. The Bio-incubator at ILF aims to fulfill this mission.
